Jessica’s deep Houston-area residential real estate knowledge comes from being a fourth-generation Houstonian and a second-generation realtor. Born and raised in Spring Valley Village, Jessica attended Second Baptist and graduated from Memorial High School. She has witnessed the extensive transformation and growth that neighborhoods like The Villages, Memorial, Tanglewood, River Oaks, Spring Branch, the Heights, Timbergrove, Garden Oaks/Oak Forest, and surrounding areas have gone through over the past two decades. This keen understanding allows her to provide bespoke advice to each and every one of her clients.
Jessica brings unmatched perspectives to her clients. She is a former Anti-Money Laundering specialist and previously worked in mortgage compliance for a prestigious Washington, DC consulting firm. She also worked as a process specialist for the Federal Reserve. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds an MBA in International Business from Regent's University, London. After living in various cities across the US and in London, she knew there was no other place she wanted to raise her family than home-sweet-Houston. Jessica’s unique background allows her to provide custom advice to her clients that they would not find anywhere else.
Jessica is known for her tenacity and savvy deal-making ability, which results in increased value capture for her clients. Always keeping her clients interests as her “North Star,” she works nonstop to ensure that her clients have the best possible experience while giving them honest and unbiased advice. Jessica has been recognized as a Top Negotiator in the Houston area, and is credited with selling some of the most expensive homes in Houston, in both on and off-market transactions.
In addition to being happily married to a Naval Academy and Wharton Graduate, and having an energetic five-year-old son and two year-old daughter, Jessica is also a woman of many talents and loves to take on any challenge: She was Miss District of Columbia 2013 and has appeared on American Idol! The Koch family are active parishioners at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church.
